William B. Smith
Mr. Smith has spent his entire career in investment banking, specializing in real estate. Mr. Smith has served on the Pulte Homes Board of Directors and as an Advisory Director at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Smith was Head of Morgan Stanley Realty and a member of the Investment Banking Department’s Operating Committee. He was Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking at Dean Witter Reynolds prior to its merger with Morgan Stanley in 1997. Mr. Smith received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
M. Peter Madsen
Mr. Madsen owns Madsen & Howell Inc., one of the largest independent industrial distributors in New Jersey. Mr. Madsen has served as a Director of the Raritan Bay Medical Center, and is the past Chairman of the Wardlaw Hartridge School Board of Trustees. He is currently a board member of the Affiliated Distributors Industrial Division. Mr. Madsen received his BA in Economics from Colgate University and was a member of the University’s Presidents Club Committee.
Mr. McLaughlin started his career at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co., which led to a successful career at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he held many positions over the years and is presently an Advisory Director. He currently serves on the U.S. Catholic China Board and the Board of the Columbia Center for Chinese Economy and Society. Mr. McLaughlin received his BA in economics from Boston College, served as a US Navy Pilot for four years, and holds an MLS in Asian Studies from Columbia University.
